Who are you, and how did you become interested in technology?
I first worked at my dads Office when I was 11, he was an engineer  and an entrepreneur. I learned how to use Technology in business, to scale and how important customer and partners was to scale. 

What is the most important thing you do at your work?
People – engage and involve People to want to be part of the change. Technology, network wiith big global partners will be key success for scaling 

What are the central concepts in your tech? How do you usually explain it to kids?
How would you feel if “Tor” get 200 kr for the same job as “Sara”you gets 100? Is that fair? Also would you like to be treaded different than Your Brother?  Today women work for less money and many don’t work – or they do work they don’t earn any money on. If we use the talent pool of both women and men we can actually boost the Economy with 35% 

Why is it exciting? What drives you here?
If we don’t do any thing — it will take 200 years to Close the gender gap. Norway is still far behind when it comes to women in leadership positions in business.  If we manage to get the biggest Companies in the world to drive changes for equality then we will be able to have huge impact. 

Your own favourite projects?
SHE INDEX based on tech. from Microsoft Azure and Power BI – to build big data on gender equality in business across the world 

Your other favourite examples, internationally and nationally?
Telenor implemented 6 month parent leave for all their Companies across the world – this can do greate changes for local women and men. In Norway we know have the Nordic CEO sustainable network to launch the index for the biggest Nordic companies and for the prime ministers. World Economic Forum – Friends of the Ocean is onboarding their member,  

IKT Norge, NorshippingRederiforbundet are inviting their members. Then next launch is on Arendals ukaBig global partners like EY and Microsoft are supporting and involving. 

Who are your customers?
All companies across industries – we started with the biggest Norwegian companies. 

What do we do particularly well in Norway or in your country?
We har number 2 on the World Economic Forum Gender Equality Index, so we are quit good at equality in Norway compare to other countries. But we are not so good on equality on private sector leadership
